1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Gnostrace, you agree to these Terms. If you’re accepting on behalf of an organization, you’re confirming you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
Gnostrace provides connector-based alert ingestion, prevention-check scoring, a health surface, and a ticket/board workflow layer, as described on our Pricing page. Available plan tiers and their features are described there and may change over time.
3. Accounts
You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Fees & billing
Self-serve billing is not yet live — plan sign-up currently creates an account, not a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be added here once payment processing is enabled.
5. Your data
You retain all ownership of the data you connect to Gnostrace. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We never resell your data, never use it to train our models, and never build a separate product from it.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use Gnostrace to violate the law, attempt to access another organization’s data, probe or bypass our security controls without authorization, or resell access to the service without a separate agreement.
7. Prevention-check disclaimer
Prevention-gate outputs report an empirical frequency signal from similar past incidents — never a prediction, guarantee, or warranty that a specific change will or will not cause an incident. Decisions made using this signal remain your responsibility.
8. Warranties & disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We warrant it will materially conform to our current documentation, but disclaim all other warranties to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from these Terms or the service is limited as set out in your order form. Final cap terms for self-serve customers are being finalized with counsel and will be added here before this page leaves draft status.
10. Self-hosted & air-gapped deployments
For self-hosted or air-gapped deployments, Gnostrace’s role is software vendor, not data processor — we never receive your data, and the data-processing terms above don’t apply to that deployment mode.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate for uncured material breach. On termination, we’ll delete or return your data per our Privacy Policy’s retention terms.
12. Governing law
To be finalized once our legal entity is formed.
13. Changes to these terms
We’ll update the date at the top of this page when these Terms change; material changes will be communicated to organization admins.
